As part of our exciting growth plans we are looking for a highly motivated Talent Manager who is an expert at seeking out new talent to join our amazing and rapidly growing teams. You are essential to our growth ambitions.
You will help us by acting as a champion for recruitment and will support the company executives and team leaders in building high-functioning teams, by managing and delivering the resourcing of new talent using your in-depth knowledge of recruitment in the technology industry.

Developing and owning our recruitment strategy.
Overseeing the talent acquisition process so that all candidates have an exceptional experience (ensuring prompt response to candidate applications and interview feedback).
Working with leaders across the business to write briefs and job descriptions.
Identifying and attracting outstanding talent.
Managing job advertisements and ensuring our roles are visible.
Managing our recruitment agency preferred supplier list and providing timely feedback.
Monitoring progress of our recruitment agency partners.
Acting as the first point of contact for candidates and conducting interviews.
Maintaining accurate record keeping of recruitment activity.
Preparing recruitment progress reports for the executive team.
Being the face of PebblePad when attracting new talent.
Managing and developing a talent pipeline.
Making data informed decisions to guide direction of recruitment.
Attending networking events and conferences.
3+ years experience as a specialist technology recruitment partner, either agency or in house.
A proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
Experience using LinkedIn Talent/Sales Navigator.
You understand compliance requirements around data protection and GDPR.
You take a “customer service” focused approach to working with people.
Experience of working in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation.
Strong time and project management skills.
You can context switch with ease and don’t shy away from the day-to-day “on the ground” work, or the more strategic work.

The salary offered will be dependent on skills and experience and includes a generous benefits package. We are open to our Talent Manager working flexibly, and for any duration between 25 hours and full time. This role may be located at our Telford office or remote.
