PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER

You will help us by acting as a champion for the company culture and will support the company executives and team leaders build, support and nourish high-functioning teams that work collaboratively, efficiently, and effectively, promoting our values of open and honest, kind and considerate, respectful and rewarding.
Whilst this role has a particular focus on people and culture, you will also be our internal HR expert, liaising as necessary between the business and our retained HR advisors.

Developing and owning our People Strategy,
Designing and implementing efforts that strengthen an inclusive, values-driven culture,
Managing initiatives such as employee surveys, health and wellbeing programmes, community engagement and team building,
Selecting and implementing platforms and tools to support the people strategy,
Building on our existing HR processes around onboarding, pay & benefits, performance, talent & success planning,
Providing support and coaching on best practices and company processes related to feedback, performance reviews, promotions, and discipline,
Overseeing the talent acquisition process so that all candidates have an exceptional experience,
Working with leaders across the business to write briefs and job descriptions and to identify and attract outstanding talent,
Identifying training and professional development needs to ensure our teams have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
5+ years of People/HR experience in a management or leadership position,
Experience of working in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation,
A proven track record of developing and implementing processes, systems, and tools that create and sustain a positive organisational culture,
Experience of supporting, coaching and mentoring both junior and senior colleagues.
Excellent working knowledge and experience of UK HR and employment legislation.
